As a Hospice RN you will be responsible for the client assessment, care planning, therapeutic intervention, and overall supervision of client care and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications   

• Active RN license in the State of Michigan 

• 1+ years of hospice nursing experience

• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills 

• Compassionate, dependable, and mission-minded 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
