Position Purpose:

Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic, is looking for a Cook (PRN - will be scheduled to work as needed) to join our Dietary team! 

What You Will Do:

• Responsible to supervise the hot food production and other areas as assigned.

• Ensures meal service demands are met and customer approval ratings are high.

• Participates in creating menus, purchasing foods, controlling food costs and maintaining a sanitary work environment.

• Demonstrate leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent, formal training in food preparation preferred

• 3-5 years experience

• Proven culinary skills.

• Some training in food preparation.

• Good interpersonal skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities

• Organizational and planning skills to coordinate all areas of food production
