Schedule: 

• 0600-1830, 3 (12 hr) shifts per week
• Every other weekend
• Holiday rotation

Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a RN for the Weekend Package! 

As a RN at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation. Key accountabilities include: 

• Assessment and diagnosis 

• Outcomes identification 

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice 

• Triaging and prioritizing care needs 

• Crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors) 

• Emergency operations preparedness 

• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA 

• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities 

General Requirements: 

Registered Nurse in Illinois, Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year 

Education: 

Associates Degree in Nursing

Pay Range: $32.74 - $49.11 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
