We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts.

Long-Term Care (LTC) Designed to Support Nurses

Our LTC units are intentionally structured into small, manageable neighborhoods, promoting:

• A calmer, more supportive care environment for residents and nursing staff

These thoughtfully sized LTC units give RNs and LPNs the opportunity to deliver exceptional continuity of care with the support of a collaborative, engaged team.

Dedicated Memory Care Unit

Our specialized Memory Care Unit provides:

• A safe, structured environment tailored to residents living with dementia
• Smaller unit design to ensure individualized attention and consistent staffing
• A highly trained team skilled in dementia care best practices

This supportive setting enables nurses to provide compassionate, relationship-based care while avoiding the fatigue often associated with large, high-acuity memory care populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care under RN supervision
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments
• Support residents with daily living activities and overall well‑being
• Collaborate closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and providers
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection control standards
• Serve as a professional, caring representative of the nursing team

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New York State
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective team collaboration abilities
• Solid time‑management and prioritization skills
• A genuine passion for providing respectful, compassionate resident care

Pay Range: $24.00 - $31.10 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
