Compensation: $140k - $160k per year, depending on verification of experience and qualifications.

Nursing Home Administrator

Mary's Meadow a small house concept in the heart of Holyoke, MA. Mary's Meadow is a cozy and compassionate 40-bed nursing home, dedicated to providing personalized care in a small house concept environment.

  • Resident Relations: Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the community.

  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the facility's budget effectively, ensuring the best use of available resources.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance the quality of care provided to residents.

  • Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff, as well as to represent Mary's Meadow within the community.

Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts Administrator License: You must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator License in Massachusetts.
