Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and operations within Mary's Meadow.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and facility policies.

• Staff Management: Oversee and guide a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.

Qualifications:
