As the Pulmonary Hypertension Program Coordinator, you will serve as a primary resource and advocate for patients, guiding them through their care journey with expertise, empathy, and precision. Working primarily in the outpatient clinic, you’ll collaborate daily with physicians, nurses, social workers, administrators, and financial coordinators to deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care during both wellness and illness.
This is a highly visible role within a specialty program known for innovation, excellence, and exceptional patient outcomes.

What you will need:
3 years of professional nurse experience; at least 1 year of previous transplant, outpatient or dialysis experience highly desirable.
ADN required; BSN, bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Current IL RN license
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Preferred: Specialty certification in clinical or functional area of nursing granted by a national nursing organization
Preferred: National Certification as Transplant Coordinator or other related specialty preferred.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $48.14 - 63.75 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
