Description:


Abdominal Transplant & Hepatology is a 32-bed inpatient Medical-Surgical unit with a national reputation for Intra-abdominal Transplants (Liver, Kidney and Pancreas), Hepatology, Vascular Surgery and Pulmonary Pre/Post Transplant, with all private rooms. Specific patient diagnoses include ETOH cirrhosis, NASH, hepatitis, cystic fibrosis, vascular disease, and liver/kidney/pancreas/lung post-transplant care. Nursing works with the multidisciplinary team of with physicians, pharmacy, physical & occupational therapy, social work/case management, and nutrition to assist the patient and family in their psychosocial and emotional well-being during their stay.

What Registered Nurse RN will need: 

  • A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN

  • BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire

  • Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour 

ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
