Description:

What you will work: 

Casual, 12 hour shifts  

What you will need:  

• High School Graduate

• Current enrollment, and in good standing, in an accredited school of nursing, having completed two semesters of nursing school or is a recent graduate of an accredited school of nursing within but not more than, the past 12 months.

• Current BLS 

What you will do: 

• Work under the supervision an RN

• Assist the RN in the application of the nursing process to assigned patients.

• Document assessments, interventions and patient response int eh Electron Health Record. A licensed nurse cosigns all documents by the RN Extern.

• Collaborates with members of the health care team to ensure consistency and high quality patient care.

• Assists the registered nurse by observing and reporting on patient conditions.
