Trinity Health Oakland is a beautiful full-service, 304-bed acute care hospital, located in Livonia, MI, that provides comprehensive care, including a 24-hour emergency department, general medicine, inpatient and outpatient surgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation, intensive care unit, cancer, cardiology, geriatrics and birthing and women's health. Through several major expansions in the hospital, programs and services, Trinity Health Oakland continues to offer the latest in quality health and medical services. Trinity Health Oakland has received numerous awards recognizing excellence in clinical outcomes, patient safety, financial performance and efficiency.
Full-Time position scheduled 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, with a weekend rotation and holiday commitment.
2G is 22 bed unit that provides a quality, comprehensive, goal-oriented Rehabilitative Program to our patients with physical and/or cognitive challenges. Our goal is to maximize our patients functional status while achieving the highest possible quality of life upon returning to his/her home.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / LICENSURE
Requires current Michigan Nursing License – Graduate Nurses invited to apply.
Graduation from accredited nursing program
BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years
