**About the Role**

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and highly organized individual to lead strategic supply partners in the region, focusing on incubating new partners, running BAU ops, scaling geographical presence, and improving performance.

As we look to partner with strategic supply providers across form factors, we foresee supply growth via technology integration to play a big role in Uber’s growth in the country. This is a unique opportunity, with a focus on building, managing, and scaling supply partners for the Uber platform in the region.

The ideal candidate has a very comprehensive skill set. The ability to think long-term and manage cross-functional stakeholders across seniority levels is critical. The candidate should have strong execution skills and be able to set up on-ground scalable processes and influence partners to set up the right operations.

**What the Candidate Will Do**

1. Build and lead, from the ground up, account management for strategic supply partners pan-India. Closely manage partner scale-up and performance targets, drive efficiencies to maximize the benefit to the platform.
2. Standardize and streamline operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. Continuously analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement actionable solutions.
3. Manage senior stakeholders both externally and internally, navigating to find the perfect balance and win-win solutions for both Uber and the partner.
4. Prepare and give business reviews to Uber senior management regarding progress against KPIs.
5. Skillfully manage multiple projects while embracing the fast pace of our company. Collaborate daily with partners to identify business problems or opportunities & solve these in a timely and process-oriented manner.
6. Work closely with the global fleet, product, and tech teams to ensure appropriate tools and tech are built to manage fleet businesses.

**What the Candidate Will Need**

1. 3+ years of General Management/Consulting/Consumer Tech experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders (Internal & External), but also be able to roll up sleeves and get into the details and execution.
3. Strong project management skills - the ability to prioritize and successfully drive a project end-to-end.
4. Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
5. Willingness to travel across India when required.
6. Strong analytical and technical expertise, as well as presentation and operational skills. Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business acumen through strong analytical thinking. SQL ability is a plus.
