### What You'll Do

- **Deliver exceptional customer experiences** by providing timely, informative, and personalized output to restaurants proactively seeking to work with Uber Eats.

- **Understand restaurant needs**, exceed their expectations at every touchpoint of their onboarding, ultimately fostering trustful relationships that drive partnership growth.

- **Facilitate smooth and reliable steps of onboarding** for new restaurant partners, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.

- **Contribute to the expansion of restaurants** across the Brussels territory and potentially surrounding regions.


### What You'll Need (Qualifications)

- A **customer-centric profile**, determined to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional experience to partners.

- Capability to work **independently and proactively**, with **excellent organizational skills** in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

- **Excellent proficiency in Dutch and French is required** (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our restaurant partners.

- A **good level of English** is necessary for effective communication within an international context and with internal teams.

- Ideally, **experience in a similar role**, with a focus on customer relationship management or sales, including handling incoming inquiries and requests (Bonus Point).

- Familiarity with **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce) and **sales analytics tools** (Bonus Point).

- A **deep understanding of the Uber Eats product** and familiarity with the **restaurant market** are strong assets (Bonus Point).

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
