### The Role

- **Drive Sales Growth:** Identify, pitch, and secure new retail partnerships across Germany and Switzerland, collaborating closely with local teams to onboard key merchants.

- **Pipeline Management:** Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful conversion, focusing on strategic retail targets.

- **Account Expansion:** Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives with existing key businesses to maximize their potential on the Uber Eats platform.


### Your Qualifications

- **Sales Expertise:** 5+ years' proven experience in a sales, commercial, or business development role, preferably within the retail or grocery sector.

- **Proven Track Record:** A history of consistently exceeding sales targets within a matrix organization.
- **Analytical & Commercial Acumen:** Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of commercial strategies and market dynamics.

- **Project Management Skills:** Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, from planning to execution.

- **Language Proficiency:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both **German and English**. Additional European languages are a plus.

- **CRM Proficiency:** Experience utilizing CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and reporting.

- **Market Knowledge** (EMEA retail landscape) and **Industry Network** (established network within grocery and retail sectors) are a plus.
