**About the Role**

As an Enterprise Franchisee Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will be responsible for a portfolio of franchised restaurants across Germany. Your mission: build strong relationships with each partner, support them in reaching their goals, and identify concrete levers to grow their business on the platform. You will serve as the main point of contact for your accounts: monitoring performance, providing tailored recommendations, implementing Uber Eats solutions aligned with their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to move initiatives forward. The goal: create value on both sides, for our partners and for the platform, by combining a deep understanding of the field with business insight.

**You will:**

**Client Success and Retention**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs, usage patterns, and potential growth opportunities.
- Mitigate churn risks and improve upsell or cross-sell chances. On larger accounts, works with CSM and AC roles to coordinate a holistic approach to customer health. On smaller accounts, takes direct ownership of monitoring and improving customer health metrics (e.g. improving defect rate, order reject rate, time open for orders on platform : business open hours ratio, monitoring efficiency of ad spend, etc.)
- Resolve conflicts and advise clients on ways to optimize their use of our products or services.

**Sales Strategy and Execution**

- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential. Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
- Analyze sales KPIs, trends, and growth opportunities to provide actionable recommendations for team improvements

Identify when Specialist support is needed in an expansion opportunity and proactively engage the appropriate Specialist point of contact (e.g. Ads Specialist Sales, Solutions Architect, etc.)

**About you:**

- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience, ideally in a fast-paced client-facing role, preferably in the food delivery or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Experience handling enterprise partnerships
- Ability to flex your analytical skills and use data to influence decision-makers and quantify opportunities
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
