The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build the right products to move our business forward globally. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that we identify, surface and understand the most strategic bets that deliver long-term outcomes for the company.

**Strategy**

1. Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvements
2. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle
3. Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful impact to the business

**Collaboration**

1. Align functional partners on key objectives for the program/product
2. Collaborate with key partners (legal, tax, policy, support etc) to prepare the product for launch, in line with business objectives
3. Maintain regular communications with cross-functional partners across the org

**Operations**

1. Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy as an individual contributor on a highly-effective product operations team
2. Develop an end-to-end product testing & rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
3. Define core business metrics related to the product, and manage its performance.
4. Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch

**Basic Qualifications**

1. Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers.
2. Team management experience.
3. Deep analytical experience and background, SQL Proficiency. Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. Proven ability to influence Execs
2. Team management experience.
3. Strong cross-functional, global experience

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$218,000 per year - USD$242,000 per year.
