2. **Driving the Full Sales Cycle:** Managing leads, nurturing relationships, negotiating commercial terms that create win-win outcomes, and securing signed contracts.
3. **Ensuring Partner Success:** Guiding new restaurant partners through a comprehensive setup process, advising on everything from offer strategies to menu optimization and operational readiness, ensuring a seamless launch and strong start on the platform.
4. **Collaborating for Smooth Launches:** Working closely with our onboarding, operations, and account management teams to guarantee a cohesive and successful transition for new partners.
5. **Exceeding Targets:** Consistently meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of Uber Eats in Germany.

3. **Self-Motivation & Organization:** A highly self-motivated and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently and effectively.
4. **CRM Proficiency:** Experience using **Salesforce** or similar CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track progress.
5. **Languages:** Fluent German and English.
