Join Uber for Business as a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier, high-growth clients. You’ll own client relationships post-sale, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling Uber’s solutions. Your expertise will help you consult clients, recommend strategies, and build strong partnerships that fuel mutual growth.

## **What You’ll Do**

- Lead successful launches with Implementation teams for key accounts
- Expand and retain your book of business by building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance account lifecycle efficiency
- Identify new growth opportunities through insights from customer feedback and data
- Recommend improvements to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support for a better client experience
- Continuously improve playbooks, tools, and processes for operational excellence
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to optimize Uber for Business usage

## **What You Bring**

- 4+ years’ experience in client-facing roles with revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
- Proven success in account growth and sales strategy execution
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Highly organized with excellent project and time management
