2. **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to turn those innovative ideas into products that deliver significant value to Earners and Merchants and create engagement and contribution for our business.
3. **Understand User Needs**: Dive deep into user research and data analytics to create products that exceed expectations and foster meaningful connections.
4. **Drive Global Impact**: Tailor gifting solutions to resonate with diverse cultures and markets, scaling our products to reach a global audience.
5. **Measure Success**: Monitor key performance metrics and feedback loops to continually enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

1. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager with a strong focus on consumer-facing products, especially in the financial services space
2. **Entrepreneurial Mindset** : Experience launching products from 0 to 1 at scale, demonstrating creativity and a willingness to challenge the status quo, uncover unmet needs that tie into business objectives, and turn them into a reality.
3. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4. **Technical Proficiency:** Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical integrations and challenges.
5. **Domain:** Experience in financial services (large institutions, fintechs, embedded players)
