## Sobre la oportunidad

Estamos construyendo un Equipo de Ventas de Campo con el objetivo principal de incrementar la oferta en distintas ciudades de México.

El role de Field Sales Representative es clave: será los ojos y oídos de Uber en el mercado. Su misión será asegurar que la oferta responda a la demanda, conectando proactivamente con socios conductores potenciales a través de visitas en campo y llamadas dirigidas, comunicando de forma efectiva la propuesta de valor de Uber.

## Responsabilidades

- Identificar y encontrar prospectos (conductores de taxi o independientes) directamente en campo (80% del tiempo) para referirlos y/o convertirlos a la plataforma.

- Actuar como la voz del socio conductor, capturando información de valor en cada interacción.

- Facilitar sesiones informativas con socios conductores actuales y potenciales, comunicando claramente la propuesta de valor de Uber.

- Participar en campañas dirigidas a conductores potenciales o recientemente registrados.

- Gestionar interacciones con conductores activos o prospectos para entender sus necesidades, inquietudes y objetivos; posicionar a Uber como solución.

- Apoyar a los conductores durante el proceso de registro y asegurarse de que estén listos para completar sus primeros viajes.

- Colaborar con distintos stakeholders para integrar sus insights cuando sea necesario.

- Crear y/o aprovechar procesos escalables de adquisición de conductores que puedan replicarse en múltiples ciudades.

- Gestionar alianzas estratégicas con terceros.


## Requisitos Básicos

- 2+ años de experiencia cuantificable en ventas de campo B2C/B2B, gestión de cuentas o soporte al cliente de alto volumen, con conversión como métrica principal.

- Alto nivel de autonomía y autogestión, habiendo manejado un ciclo de ventas o territorio completo con mínima supervisión.

- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples prioridades, tomar decisiones rápidas y operar en entornos dinámicos y acelerados.

- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y pasión por interactuar con personas.

- Nivel de inglés intermedio, necesario para la comunicación con equipos internos y documentación
- Capacidad para operar con resiliencia, persistencia y enfoque ante la ambigüedad o metas de conversión desafiantes.

- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del país para apoyar campañas estratégicas de oferta y lanzamientos de nuevos mercados.

## Cualidades preferidas

- Conocimiento o experiencia laboral en la industria de taxis, transporte o logística en México.

- Experiencia comprobada en la creación y gestión de alianzas externas o negociaciones con terceros.
