### About the role

The Uber Ads Mexico team is looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Executive to help grow our Offline Food Delivery business. In this role, you’ll build strong and mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with top restaurant brands in Mexico.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing ad sales strategies for a portfolio of top and mid-market restaurants, driving adoption of Uber’s expanding suite of advertising solutions across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver real impact for our partners.

### What you’ll do

- Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that meet partner needs and exceed growth goals.

- Build and nurture relationships with marketing leaders — including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.

- Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate complex conversations and partnerships.

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners.

- Drive adoption of Uber’s ads products, communicating their value with creativity and clarity.

- Leverage your understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and sponsored products to guide partners effectively.


### What you’ll need

- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales.

- Proven success selling ad solutions to large, complex brands or organizations.

- Strong pipeline management and ability to lead full sales cycles from prospecting to close.


### Bonus points

- Experience selling digital advertising solutions to restaurant brands.

- Ability to design and execute strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results for both partners and Uber.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a knack for creative storytelling backed by data.

- Confidence using tools like Salesforce and Excel (SQL is a plus).

- A proactive, agile, and resourceful mindset — comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.

- Strong leadership and communication skills that help influence decisions and build trust across teams.
