It’s challenging work that demands relentless attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to mitigate operational risk. You will navigate shifting compliance priorities, manage sensitive regulatory data, and build bridges with internal legal and policy teams, all while working to keep our business moving safely. Success means balancing high-volume execution with deep investigative work, helping solidify trust with regulators and safeguarding our ability to operate and grow our essential transportation platform in a key market.

**What you’ll do**

- **Execute** high-volume regulatory tasks related to our licensing conditions across the UK and Ireland, ensuring seamless business continuity and adherence to local legal frameworks.

- **Investigate** complex regulatory reporting cases and confirmed reportable events, meticulously gathering evidence and accurately escalating critical findings to the appropriate internal teams.

- **Liaise** directly and effectively with internal and external regulatory contacts to ensure clarity and timely submission of all required documentation and reports.

- **Drive** operational excellence by consistently monitoring and exceeding regulatory performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- **Solve** ambiguous problems by identifying root-cause blockers in compliance processes, proposing effective operational fixes, and confidently pushing them through to resolution.

- **Contribute** key insights from daily operational work to cross-functional stakeholders, acting as the voice of regulatory integrity to inform future product and policy decisions.


**Basic qualifications**

- Demonstrated professional proficiency (C1 level or higher) in written and spoken English, capable of handling complex communications and documentation.

- Experience in a high-volume operations, compliance, or intensive data review environment.

- Proven proficiency in complex computer navigation, utilizing multiple proprietary and third-party tools simultaneously to efficiently resolve high volumes of inquiries.

- Availability and demonstrated ability to consistently work rotational shifts totaling 40 hours per week, including night and weekend shifts.


**Preferred qualifications**

- Prior experience in a regulatory affairs, risk, or compliance role, particularly within the transportation, financial services, or comparable heavily regulated industry.

- Experience demonstrating keen problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a role requiring swift, yet meticulous, attention to detail and deep reading comprehension.

- Proven familiarity with data-driven decision-making, extracting operational insights from raw data, and actively suggesting quantifiable process improvements.

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, Finance, Business, or Communications.

- Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in working autonomously on priority and time-sensitive issues.
