## **About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Sr Enterprise Account Manager** to lead and manage our most strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring that partners achieve their business goals.

You’ll act as the primary bridge between partners and internal teams, helping them onboard smoothly, execute joint strategies, and maximize results through data-driven insights and collaboration.

## **What you’ll do**

- Build and execute joint business plans with key strategic partners to drive growth and long-term success.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integrations and a seamless partner experience
- Act as a trusted advisor for C-level and operational stakeholders, consulting on promotions, catalog, and merchandising.
- Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and influence partner strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, advocate for partner needs, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead onboarding and integration processes, ensuring a seamless partner experience from launch.

## **What you’ll need**

- 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or other client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of managing executive-level relationships and delivering measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
