**About the Role**

Every day, Earners complete millions of trips in the Uber driver app across various gig types, including rideshare, food delivery, groceries, and more. The Progression team's mission is to drive long-term Earner behavior by aligning outcomes for Earners & Uber. As a Product Manager in this role, you’ll help shape how earners see and experience valuable rewards across Mobility and Delivery. You’ll tune these rewards for maximum business and earner impact. In other words, your work will help unlock the next wave of Uber’s growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility team that owns some of the most core platforms in the Uber driver app.

**What the Candidate Will Do**

- **Build a vision:** Define a product vision for the team and identify near and long-term initiatives to build your product roadmap.
- **Align teams:** Work closely with teams across Uber including Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy.
- **Execute**: Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes.
- **Iterate:** Distill insights from various data sources such as performance dashboards, experimentation results, and user research. Then apply the findings back into the product development process.

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience working with design on complex UI challenges
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience building consumer products. This is a user-focused role, so experience delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products is a must.
- Experience using data to drive strategic decisions. This is a complex problem space, requiring experience with experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in workforce management.
- Experience reward systems and psychology.
- Deep understanding of marketplace mechanics.
- Owned strategy for whole products or lines of business.
