The Rider Growth team’s mission is to make Uber accessible and indispensable to more people around the world — unlocking new markets, expanding into new segments, and deepening engagement across our platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate rider acquisition, activation, and retention at global scale. Your work will directly shape how Uber reaches and serves the next billion riders, driving transformational growth for the business.

**What the Candidate Will Do**

- Define and execute the product strategy to accelerate rider growth, expanding Uber’s reach into new markets, segments, and use cases.
- Identify, size, and prioritize the most impactful opportunities through data analysis, user research, and experimentation.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data science to build and launch products that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Develop clear success metrics, measure performance, and iterate quickly to optimize growth initiatives.
- Champion a global, platform-first mindset — leveraging Uber’s ecosystem to create scalable, enduring value for riders around the world.

**Basic Qualifications**

- 5+ years of product management experience, including owning strategy and execution for complex, consumer-facing products at scale.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience leading growth initiatives or marketplace products at a tech forward company which scaled to millions of users across diverse geographies or segments.
- Proven success launching new products or features from 0→1 and driving sustained adoption and engagement.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Proven track record of driving growth through experimentation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a bold vision.
- Deep understanding of experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, from engineering and design to marketing and operations, to deliver measurable business outcomes.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
