**About the Role**

Uber Technologies’ Corporate Workplace & Real Estate Services (Places Group) is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Real Estate Program Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of campus projects in the US, Canada and LATAM (America's) region. This role will drive the execution of mission-critical office and supporting facilities, ensuring seamless delivery, operational readiness, and an exceptional workplace experience for over 5,000 employees across multiple sites.

The Corporate Workplace & Real Estate Services team manages Uber’s global real estate portfolio, delivering innovative workplaces that enable growth, collaboration, and transformation. The Program Manager will play a key role in managing strategic design and construction projects, including large interior fit-outs, core-and-shell developments, and coordination with third-party service providers.

Reporting to the Global Design & Construction Lead, this role works closely with cross-functional global teams and business unit stakeholders to meet project objectives, financial goals, and operational timelines.

**What You'll Do**

- Lead and inspire high-performance project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multiple real estate projects, ensuring alignment with program budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage program financials, including funding requests, budget adherence, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Direct outcomes through KPIs and SLAs with outsourced real estate and project management service providers.
- Develop long-term building and site transition plans, including employee and community communication strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in program delivery, design innovation, financial performance, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to select and contract external vendors and project/construction managers across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, and sustainability initiatives.

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in corporate real estate and technology industries.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Proficient in fundamental project management skills for programming, site selection and feasibility, design and construction.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Experience managing international, complex, and large-scale projects with remote oversight and periodic site visits.
- Strong leadership, strategic agility, collaboration, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and adherence to program guidelines.
- Able to work with limited information to develop conceptual programs, schedules and budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in cross-cultural and geographically dispersed team management.
- Ability to advise senior leadership on major initiatives and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$169,000 per year - USD$188,000 per year.
