**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong operational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to support the Growth Accelerators team in Latin America. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiencies for Courier, helping to shape how people utilize Uber across our countries.

You will assist in analyzing opportunities, executing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance affordability, convenience, and dependability for millions of customers.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Courier in LatAm, supervising business performance and generating insights that will foster growth and improve customer experience. This role is vital in ensuring that our product remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with our company's strategic objectives, and requires strong intuition for business, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

**What the Candidate Will Do**

- Develop Strategic Initiatives: Help develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Innovate and Experiment: Contribute to ideation sessions and assist in designing experiments to test new growth opportunities, products, and business models.
- Insight generation, and Solution implementation: Create data-driven analysis to identify challenges, uncover root causes, and develop evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure timely and holistic decision.
- Contribute to Product Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancements through data analysis and user feedback; assist in advocating for improvements and ensure their successful deployment. Develop data analysis and experiments to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
- Execute Operational Tasks: Coordinate daily operations, monitor progress, run meetings, and provide insights to optimize growth initiatives.

**Basic Qualifications**

- Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to see the big picture, understand market trends, and connect operational initiatives to long-term business goals. Structure and solve highly ambiguous problems and make tough trade-offs that drive significant business value.
- Communication: English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Executional Excellence: Ability to easily adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic environments, quickly adapting to change, and finding clarity amidst evolving situations.
