## About the Role

The Strategy and Planning team plays a critical role in driving growth for our CASA Delivery (Restaurants) business by promoting executional excellence across 8 markets in the region. In this role, you’ll identify, structure, and lead high-impact strategic initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes.

You'll apply strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset to shape the future of our business—while gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing to one of Uber's most dynamic teams.

## What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the Delivery (Restaurants) LatAm team, leading strategic initiatives across the CASA region, with a special focus on the Chile market.

- Strategy Development & Execution: Lead end-to-end strategic projects that drive business growth, with direct accountability for Chile’s performance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key connector between local and central teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution pace, and project dependencies.

- Insights & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives and strategic recommendations. Communicate insights and project progress to senior stakeholders through high-quality presentations and written materials.

- Prioritization & Problem Solving: Own the prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and feasibility. Apply structured problem-solving to accelerate execution and resolve roadblocks.

- Business Performance Diagnosis: Monitor key business metrics across CASA markets, identify performance gaps, and implement strategic solutions to unlock growth.


## Basic Qualifications

We’re looking for impact-driven talent with a strong analytical foundation and a proactive mindset.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Planning, or Corporate Finance—ideally in fast-paced, data-rich environments.

- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights and executive-level presentations.

- Demonstrated experience in structured problem-solving, with the ability to break down ambiguity and deliver results through focused analysis and execution.


## Preferred Qualifications

- A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders across teams such as operations, product, finance, and commercial.

- A bias for action and a passion for solving business challenges that deliver measurable results.

- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling) to derive insights independently and drive data-informed decisions.
