**About The Role**

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Talent Sourcer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hiring results, managing talent pipelines, and working with stakeholders across different locations. You will need to be adept at handling a high volume of applications and mapping talent effectively to meet our hiring objectives.

**What You'll Do**

1\. Proactively Source Candidates: Use sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates.

2\. Build Talent Maps and Insights: Develop competitive talent intelligence and share market insights with recruiters and hiring managers.

3\. Own Candidate Experience: Maintain high standards of communication and experience throughout the application process.

4\. Partner with Hiring Teams: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

5\. Track and Report Progress: Maintain sourcing activity data and contribute to regular reporting and improvement of sourcing metrics.

**Basic Qualification:**

1\. Experience: 2+ years of experience working with job boards

2\. Talent Search: Proven ability to conduct effective talent searches across various platforms.

3\. LinkedIn Proficiency: Skilled in identifying and sourcing talent through LinkedIn.

4\. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.

**Preferred Qualifications**

1\. Experience: sourcing experience in a high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environment, preferably in a tech/non-tech or startup ecosystem.

2\. Market Intelligence: Strong ability to conduct industry and competitor talent mapping and deliver insights to influence hiring strategies.

3\. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in managing relationships with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

4\. ATS & Sourcing Tools: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search).
