You will become a part of our feature team, focusing on various progression systems within Rainbow Six Siege. Your solutions are cleanly designed, favor simplicity, and are flexible enough to allow for future expansion.

What You Will Do:

• Lead an interdisciplinary team
• Mentor programmers within your team
• Take responsibility for the feature- and code quality in compliance with our standards
• Collaborate with artists and designers in delivering world-class user interface systems
• Work on UI features from conception to final implementation in an agile approach
• Coordinate all phases of software development from planning to release
• Improve and extend existing game UI and frameworks
• Document processes, expose software architectures and propose optimizations and improvements
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads and other teams working on Rainbow Six Siege around the world

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Master or Bachelor degree in (Applied) Computer Science or similar qualifications with a strong technical background
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong C++ skills
• Leadership experience as team lead or people manager
• Good understanding of the MVVM paradigm
• Good understanding of modern Software Engineering
• Solution oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and desire to work as a team-player
• Self-direction and motivation
• Fluent in English
• A strong interest in the video game industry is a plus
