Key Responsibilities

As an Ubuntu Enablement Engineer, your core duties include:

  • Collaborating closely with partners on platform bring-up for next-generation hardware.
  • Debugging complex issues, prioritizing them, and escalating to Canonical engineering teams as needed.
  • Facilitating seamless communication between Ubuntu, firmware, and hardware engineering groups.
  • Building and nurturing strong working relationships with key industry partners.
  • Performing root cause analysis, collecting data, and documenting reproducible results.
