Job SummaryTo accurately move products to designated locations physically and systematically for inventory and shipping needs. To understand and complete warehouse needs.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify: Labels and product, verify counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Store: Responsible for physically and systematically moving and checking inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Stage: Job stage materials moving around the company.
  • Material puller: Pull materials based on job needs. (by hand, Forklift)
  • Verification:   Responsible for making sure every part is accounted for and shipped physically.
  • Read and Write: Must be able to read and write English. Understand purchase orders, Bill of Lading, pick list and sales orders.
  • Computer and ERP System Use: Perform basic computer tasks and navigate the ERP system (EPICOR) for receiving and inventory control functions.
  • Inventory Management: Apply foundational knowledge of inventory management principles.
  • 5S Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 5S methodology.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and perform additional duties as needed.
  • Warehouse Knowledge: Apply basic warehouse knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Our number one goal. Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety protocols and practices.
  • Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in warehouse receiving or a similar role preferred.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting, and ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Technical Proficiency: Forklift, Competency with tape measure, basic computer operations, and ERP systems.
  • Work Environment: Warehouse climate changes with season. Lift, bending, and twisting daily.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Safety Orientation: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
