Key Responsibilities

As a UKG Configuration Specialist, your core duties include:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to develop tailored systems solutions that support Sonoco's overall business strategies.
• Documenting system requirements, defining project scope and objectives, and creating detailed system specifications to guide development and implementation.
• Acting as a key liaison between IT teams and business users, leveraging both business acumen and technical expertise.
• Supervising and mentoring lower-level business systems analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Leading advanced, complex technical projects requiring state-of-the-art knowledge in UKG configuration, HRIS, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
