Role Overview

Unisys is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Technician to join our team. This role is based on-site in Childress, Texas, and requires relocation. You will be supporting a new, large-scale AI data center build for Dell. As an On-Site Service Engineer (OSE), you'll be responsible for maintaining uptime, resolving hardware issues, and establishing operational standards. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role crucial for the success of the data center.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of reactive and proactive tasks. You will troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating system issues, perform server maintenance (builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates), and document your work. You'll also collaborate with customers and internal teams during service events. Participating in on-call rotations and extended coverage may be required.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
