Role Overview

Are you a hands-on technical expert with a passion for maintaining and troubleshooting critical data center infrastructure? Day in the Life of a Data Center Technician

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our data center operations, working directly with Dell server and data center systems to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Performing hardware maintenance, including server builds, swaps, component replacements (CPUs, memory, power supplies, GPUs), and firmware updates.
