• Providing Support: Providing 3rd level consultation requests and support.
• Architecture Integration: You will Plan, Design, Implement & Integrate EPS architecture (includes different Technical Platforms).
• Mentoring and Escalation Management: You will mentor the team in day-to-day operations and handle escalations.
• Client Solutions: You will be providing business improvement solutions to clients and execution skills.
• Maintaining Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentations up to date following documentation guidelines policy.
• Best Practices: Create and Maintain Best Practices documents for Security Services and maintain Knowledge base.
