  • Actively participate in and coordinate testing and support of Cloud Contact Center Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Provide support to all IP phones, IP softphones, and video endpoints.
  • Coordinate/monitor vendor maintenance requests and activities.
  • Work with communications carriers and technicians to resolve carrier problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to voice and cloud contact center technologies.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to supported systems and configurations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of voice and cloud contact center solutions with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in voice and cloud contact center.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent service disruptions.
  • Implement security best practices to protect voice and cloud contact center systems from threats.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of new voice and cloud contact center solutions.
