We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead for our Data Process department in Leusden, Netherlands. Day in the Life

As a Team Lead – Data Process, your day will involve:

• Leading and coordinating the Data Process team (8 employees, 1–3 temporary workers, and a team in Malaysia).
• Planning, distributing, and monitoring the workflow for both the local and international team.
• Processing incoming mail: receiving, unpacking, scanning, and performing data entry.
• Printing returns and preparing outgoing mail.
• Managing transactions related to product and service changes.
• Entering and updating information in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the Data Process.
• Monitoring team performance and supporting both on the job and formal development.
• Collaborating closely with managers from other departments.
