Role Overview

Unisys is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Specialist to join our team in Canberra. As a Microsoft Specialist, you will provide leadership and subject matter expertise for Microsoft Messaging (Exchange Online/Hybrid/on-premises), with solid working knowledge across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and core Microsoft 365 services. You will own the design and steady-state operation of reliable, secure messaging and collaboration services, guide governance and adoption, and collaborate with project and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.

• Overseeing enterprise messaging services across Exchange Online, Hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Maintaining reliable mail flow and platform health, addressing any issues promptly.
• Planning and executing messaging improvements and migrations, ensuring minimal user disruption.
• Supporting SharePoint Online and OneDrive information management and access controls.
• Administering core Teams policies and collaborating on lifecycle and governance strategies.
