Principal Cybersecurity Analyst - SOX Compliance Lead at Unisys

Unisys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Cybersecurity Analyst to serve as the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Lead. This critical role ensures the completeness and accuracy of IT General Control (ITGC) process execution within the Global Information Security (GIS) framework. As a SOX controls professional and coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring controls are designed, executed, and monitored effectively. The GIS SOX Compliance Lead will maintain visibility of control status, track issues to resolution, and serve as a key risk advisor, addressing business issues and processes impacting current and future systems within the scope of ITGC control requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding CIT SOX-related activities.
  • Review test findings and evaluate the impact/risk of ITGC control gaps.
