Role Overview

The Solution Manager for Digital Workplace Services (DWS) - Experience Management is a pivotal role within Unisys, responsible for driving the evolution of our existing experience management offerings. Experience Management centers on measuring and enhancing the experience of end-users as they interact with IT tools, applications, and services. Furthermore, success is quantified by the extent to which Experience Management services improve the overall experience and productivity of end-users.
