The Data Developer is a mid-level technical contributor responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting data pipelines and reporting solutions that serve clinical, operational, and financial needs across 300+ ASCs. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Development
    • Values: Service Excellence, Accountability, Continuous Improvement

      • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt
      • Ensure timely and accurate data movement across systems
      • Monitor pipeline health and escalate issues proactively
      • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to performance tuning
  • Reporting & Data Delivery

      • Support reporting via SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau
      • Validate data accuracy and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs
      • Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights

      • Document pipeline logic, dependencies, and support procedures

    • DevOps & CI/CD - Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise
    • Monitoring & Metadata - Grafana, DataHub
    • Modeling & Architecture - ER/Studio, Visio
    • Cloud & Containers - Azure, Kubernetes
    • Security & Compliance - HIPAA, ITIL, ServiceNow
    • Other Tools - Redgate Toolbelt, Power Automate
