Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as administrator for numerous learning platforms (e.g. Oracle Learn Cloud, Cornerstone Learning Experience) and ensure service-levels are met
• Configure courses, generate reports, create learning paths & journeys, and collaborate with internal clients to enhance the learning experience 
• Support user requests, including local admins, internal clients, and learners
• Troubleshoot systems, monitor and report on data, upload and format content and courses, and provide technical support to users
• Support implementation of new learning technologies to the organization
• Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities for process and reporting enhancements
• Ensure internal processes are followed to allow for accurate reporting and data integrity, and develop plan for remediation as needed
• Provide technical support to end-users on implemented systems, report to leadership on trends
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Any course or Equivalent experience
• College Graduate/ Highschool Graduate/ SHS Graduate
• 2+ years experience as a system administrator in one or more LMS systems, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience generating reports and doing data analysis 
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues with minimum guidance 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, think critically, solve problems, and manage/prioritize time
• (LMS Platforms: e.g. Oracle Learn Cloud, Cornerstone Learning Experience)
• Amenable to work on a night shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some experience with instructional design authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise)
• Solid presentation skills, leading system demonstrations and user training sessions.
