As a Pharmacist you will perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders. *** The available work schedule for this position will be second shift. This is a Sunday - Thursday schedule from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm EST with a possible need for help on first shift Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm EST and occasional weekends ***

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy clerks
• Organizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
• Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Conforms with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in state of New Jersey
• 1+ years of experience working as a licensed Pharmacist
• Willing and able to first or second shift and occasional weekends
• Proven ability to lift 30 pounds
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• PBM or Managed Care experience
• Mail Order Pharmacy experience
• High-volume Retail Pharmacy experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
