Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
• Stay updated on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools
• Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms
• Proven exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic ERP environment
• Proven willingness to work in US business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Academic project or internship experience within Technology/ERP/Healthcare
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION
• Basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes
