As a Software Tester (Quality Engineer) on our AI-driven engineering team, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of intelligent solutions that power enterprise transformation and M&A integration. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and data science teams to validate advanced automation, machine learning features, and integration workflows in support of newly acquired entities.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements for AI-enabled applications and automation platforms
  • Design and execute test strategies for intelligent workflows, predictive models, and integration tools supporting M&A activities
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites for AI components, APIs, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and scalability
  • Validate functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for AI-driven features across multiple environments
  • Partner with developers and data scientists to implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance
  • Monitor AI model outputs and automation scripts for consistency, reliability, and compliance with business requirements
  • Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis for complex AI and integration scenarios
  • Support UAT planning and execution for intelligent automation workflows and M&A integration solutions
  • Contribute to reusable testing frameworks and best practices for AI and automation across enterprise systems
  • Develop testcase dashboards for applications (Test case execution trends, Environment health)

     

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in software testing, with at least 3+ years focused on automation
  • 5+ years applying structured testing approaches across complex systems (functional, regression, performance)
  • 3+ years integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar
  • 3+ years writing test scripts and automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 3+ years managing test cases and defect tracking
  • 3+ years collaborating in code repositories and branching strategies (Github, Azure, TFS)
  • 2+ years of experience with REST or GraphQL testing tools
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Playwright test suites
  • 1+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, or similar
  • 1+ years of experience using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
