Primary Responsibilities:

• Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
• Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
• Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
• Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
• Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
• Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
• Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
• Closely working with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
• Independently drive some of the product and pillar level initiatives
• Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent degree

• Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on UI development experience. UI framework exposure: React, React Hooks and Creating custom hooks.

• Good understanding and experience with RESTful web services (API design/consumption, JSON, HTTP methods, status codes).
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and any modern UI framework is a plus).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with tools like Redux, Context API, or similar for managing application state.
• Skills in optimizing UI for speed and scalability (lazy loading, code splitting, minimizing re-renders).

• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth/JWT).
• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Java (OOP, collections, exception handling).
