12 Digital Performance Analyst
Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office

What will you bring?

We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to lead digital performance analysis and reporting across all platforms and customer touchpoints, using digital analytics and CRM data to deliver insights, identify opportunities, and drive data-led decisions that optimise experiences and business outcomes. This is a hands-on marketing analytics and optimisation role, focused on improving digital journeys, conversion and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Monitor and analyse performance across all digital platforms (web, email, app, etc.) using tools such as GA4, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, and Power BI. 
•    Integrate and interpret data from Salesforce CRM to deliver a complete view of customer journeys and digital engagement. 
•     Use dashboards and reporting to identify and drive optimisation opportunities across digital journeys and campaigns, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
•     Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, ensuring accurate event tracking across all digital journeys.
•    Champion a data-driven culture within the marketing team and across the wider business.

Skills & Experience:

•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. 
•    Proven ability to educate and upskill stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding of digital performance metrics. 
•    Demonstrable experience in digital analytics or performance analysis. 
•    Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM.
