Role Overview

The Upscale Brands Commercial Strategy Director role at Choice Hotels in North Bethesda, Maryland, is a pivotal strategic position within our corporate headquarters.   • Oversee the strategic technology and digital roadmap, partnering with Technology and Ecommerce teams, including robust business case development.
  • Own and communicate critical commercial goals and metrics, harnessing data analytics for informed, aligned decision-making.
  • Serve as a strategic advocate for Upscale priorities across the Choice enterprise, ensuring seamless communication and progress tracking.
  • Manage departmental budgets and contribute to operational policy development.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hospitality or commercial functions like sales, revenue management, or marketing.
