Job Description

Take ownership of driving growth in Healthcare Practice Finance within your assigned market. This role is designed for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities through independent effort and strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-Sourced Growth: Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients. Success in this role is built on initiative, persistence, and the ability to uncover opportunities others miss.
  • Expansive COI Network: Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence—including referral partners, industry professionals, and strategic stakeholders—to generate a steady pipeline of new business.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers in your territory to ensure a seamless client experience. After receiving loan commitment, introduce the relationship and transition the relationship to the local RM for ongoing management and deeper engagement, while positioning the organization as the premier financial partner for healthcare practices.
  • Tailored Solutions: Deliver customized financial products and services that meet client needs and drive long-term loyalty.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a dynamic professional who excels at creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth in the healthcare finance space.

Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success.

This role is posted remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.

Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
