Job Description

  • Perform routine to moderately complex testing and control assessment activities

  • Create comprehensive audit trails, assessing, and documenting appropriate test conclusions

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations, and procedures related to the business unit

  • Good knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically one to two years of relevant experience, preferably in quality analysis and measurement activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Hybrid/flexible schedule Location Expectations;

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
