Job Description

U.S. Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Management Analyst within our Institutional Client Group (ICG), which services our largest and most sophisticated clients. This role supports the Relationship Management team in managing Corporate Banking customers within the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to Relationship Managers within the Insurance Banking Division.

  • Assist with client relationship management activities, including reporting and database maintenance (SalesForce/nCino).

  • Develop and maintain pricing models and perform Return on Equity (RoE) calculations.

  • Prepare internal and external written communications, including client presentations and marketing materials.

  • Conduct industry and company research to support client meetings and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • One to three years of previous banking or related finance experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Familiarity with corporate banking products and services.

  • Previous experience in banking, finance, or sales preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SalesForce and nCino is a plus.

Pay Range: $92,140.00 - $108,400.00
